In this project we managed a very particular and demanding design. We began with the demolition of 100% of the space including the divisions. At the client’s request, work was carried out under the “turnkey mode” as in most of our projects which is why we take care of the supplied of imported coatings all the way to the set up of the kitchen equipment.
We carried out the classic type of construction throughout the whole area: electrical, mechanical and sanitary installations. In addition, of layers of coatings, construction of bathrooms, construction and supply of kitchen area. Also, carpentry , glass and aluminum , manufacturing of special lamps, HVAC systems. Lastly, furniture was placed, floors were laid with self leveling grout and added special paints on floors for signage among other features.
Troubleshooting: This project had a high level of professional demand. We had to solve unevenness in a mixed existing structure (concrete and metal) . The passes for bathroom drains were completely modified. The immediate upper room was to be used with high loads, so the closing of the slab in some areas required the design of a professional in structures.
Additionally, the existing electrical systems did not provide the required force, therefore, work was carried out in conjunction with government entities to increase the supply and change the main wiring of the commercial premises. The increase in thermal loads required the placement of additional air conditioning equipment. The locations of the same were very distant with respect to the machines placed in the external part of the premises.
