This family home was demolished in its entirety and rebuilt. The floors where replaced with marble and porcelain, including the molding. Work was carried out in the kitchen area, laundry room, dining room, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sanitary facilities were modified, new voice-data and mechanical electrical installations were installed, air conditioning equipment, drywall, lighting, carpentry, supplies and others were installed.
Troubleshooting: This work was particular, the aesthetics of the structural slab of the roof of the apartment was recovered. It was sanded and painted in a gray tone to achieve integration with the drywall ceilings.
