In this work of great magnitude, the project was adapted to some existing structures in the space. Internal areas of the house were demolished and all the gray work of the surroundings was built from the ground up: Barbecue area, swimming pool, water mirrors, recreation areas, security area among others.
The construction of these external areas, start with land leveling techniques such as earth movements, construction of foundations, structural calculations in metal, construction of structures, enclosures, roofs, castings of concrete, slabs of floors, and waterproofing.
Previously, structural and soil studies were carried out to verify if there was enough strength available for loads and construction of each area.
Troubleshooting: Solving problems to ensure the comfort and safety of the client, we found tons of metal structure with a lot of oxide and after evaluating its useful life still in force, we proceeded to perform sandblasting procedures (cleaning with silica sand at high pressure) , curing, background placement and painting. In addition to demolishing the social areas of barbecue and others, significant leaks were detected on slopes, soil movements and wall construction studies were carried out to guarantee the stability of the land.
As a «Turnkey» project from its conception, activities of electrical, sanitary and mechanical installations were carried out together; as well as the supply and placement of coatings, glass, aluminum, carpentry, home automation for general control of housing with state-of-the-art technology, luminaires and special lamps, placement of closed camera systems and TV circuits, internal communications and others. «We achieved a perfect synergy led by us, among suppliers, designers and builders for the client,» says Gustavo Lozada.
